The weekend was Beyonce, Jay-Z DIN caused when he a radio station in Miami, the Beyonce the 2nd coming to the King was told of pop, Michael Jackson. Naturally caused, that of industry leaders and fans of the two crazy experts! Now as much as we love, love by Beyoncé and believe me, it is her no one now in the game. However, you and I clearly is no Michael Jackson! How can we even say that? He is her husband, so we give him a pass. But if you are Michael Jackson you should look at the impact he had on pop culture. Not to mention the impact and the influence he had on music. Michael two intersecting lines color and crossed old institution. He surprised and impressed with the world. Can we really say the same of Beyonce? I would say no! Take for example my parents generation. Would she listen to music by Michael Jackson? Yes of course. My brothers and I Michael Jackson loved and would listen to his music. Now hear my parents Beyonce? A resounding no! You can tell not a good example, because my parents with Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5. Be okay with me.
Okay, then we go on with Beyonce. I you can hear their music and my kids hear occasionally. My husband is not. He thinks that she is talented? Yes of course. But he would not attend their concert! And I can come with much more guys and women for this instance where this example would be the case. What separates people like Beyonce is a tremendous work ethic and the desire to be the best simple. When other Entertainer of the same station and talent had, as she would not independently of each other.
And Michael Jackson had the “it” that transcends the world population. Babies, children, adult men and women would fall during his concerts. Thousands chased him streets. Now don’t get us wrong, Beyonce has also the it factor. However, it translates only to a certain generation and age group. No one’s mother is crying and arguing on a Beyonce concert. Young fans Yes but not parents! At that time, when Michael Jackson would appear on a TV program, that everyone around the TV collect nailed. Beyonce can not argue that on that day or any day! She is not there yet! Not to say that they don’t get, that we do not know. But what we do know is that Beyonce is not the second coming of Michael Jackson or something close to it! Get real people! And on a side note, we need to Beyoncé and her people stop the force ‘ icon status “on us.” You have no symbol to the world you are a symbol decides. Enough said!

Bohler Kaye-like a flower (Kaye Bohler Band; 2009 KB)

I’m telling ya, that this lady has more than a little Aretha in his belt blues great, beautiful. She is not a sound-alike by any means, but she has that kind of power, that kind of gradient and that kind of emotional resonance. His stylistic range is awesome too. “Wasted on you” opens like a good number of R&B, but gradually resolves on a statement of self-empowering the “R-E-S-P-E-C-T”. “State of the Blues” is a mix of blues and soul hits 60, pulsed with pain and rhythmic power. As his history becomes increasingly desperate, the edge in his beautiful voice gets sharper and sharper. It is evident that nothing and mean nothing, can get away with her.
Of course, ms. Bohler is much more of a magnificent set of pipes. He also learns that she is a killer songwriter, author of every song on this album. Once again, its range is incredible. “I Got to Know” is a jump blues ‘n’ swing number that could have come right off 40 years ‘. “Arms of another man” are badass soul of Curtis Mayfield, the single from a soundtrack that never was. “My heart beats for him” could have come directly from the pen of Mr. Cole Porter. His vocal approach on this is how Billie Holiday will give you chills. Again, no imitation, but rather of emulation. She is so sweet, so thin, so glorious.
If you miss the old gold days – whether those days were in the 40s, 50 years, 60 years or 70s – or you just want to curl up with the real sound of rhythm and blues, “Like a flower of Kaye Bohler” will fill the Bill. Absolutely breathtaking.
